Use black tea to get rid of spots and acne

Spots, pimples, hemorrhoids, breakthroughs, bumps - uneven skin... This is a nightmare for anyone of any age.

I have suffered terrible pain, nothing is useful to me... except for a small amount of products [washing, scrub, etc.] - but only for the time being.

The reason they don't work and why I don't use them anymore is because they completely change the pH on the skin and remove the essential oils.

This can make your skin sore and fragile; cause easy damage.

After using them, your skin has no natural oils and pH balance, so your skin tries to compensate by draining more oil... trying to rebalance them.

This means that your face has a higher level of oil that clogs your pores and causes dirt to get trapped in it. This turns into sebum [white matter that appears in the spots] and contains bacteria that can spread - creating more space.

What your skin needs does not strip any skin layers or cause a sharp change in your natural oil level or pH balance.

This is the source of black tea.

The natural compounds in black tea are perfect for your skin, soothing but strict.

The high level of caffeine in tea means it is the best source for your use - especially on your eyes.

The skin around the eyes is very thin, I mean paper thin. This means things are easily absorbed by the skin and deer - it's both bad and good!

The bad news is that any dirt or grease can easily get trapped here and cause spots to form. Not only that, but also stress, lack of sleep, diet, skin care: these can cause dark circles under the eyes [often referred to as "black bag" #39;].

The benefit is that caffeine in tea can help promote and enhance higher levels of blood flow, which means more blood can return to the eyes and flush the darkness.

Tea is a natural astringent, meaning it will dry and tighten the skin. This is very important when dealing with spots, acne, pimples, etc...

This is because dry spots will effectively remove it and tightening the skin will cause the pores to close and prevent any dirt or grease from entering them, which will trap and cause more spots.

Other compounds in black tea act as pacifiers to reduce and remove spots/red patches that may appear on the skin; sometimes these are bumps on the skin that are not spots but not flat.

Black tea is a great way to treat stains because it works quickly and as part of your daily skincare routine, giving you a cleaner, healthier and brighter skin.

How to apply black tea to the spots

you need to:

  • a tea bag
  • a cup
  • Hot water
  • Cold water

  1. Find a cup and add warm water [2 parts hot water and 1 part cold water mix best].
  2. Immerse the tea bag in water and soak it in water for a few minutes.
  3. When the water is dark brown, remove the tea bag and gently apply it to the spots or acne areas.
  4. Repeat for a few minutes; the tea will dry quickly, so you can use a lot of water.
  5. Stay overnight, don't wash it off right away!
  6. In the morning, you can now use normal facial cleanser to remove any remaining tea residue.
  7. You will notice that your skin feels firmer and softer, your spots will be reduced, and any red spots will fade.

*Optional*

After applying to the spots, you can use tea bags [or two] on your eyes. You can put them on your eyes and leave for 15 to 30 minutes.

Do this every night and you will see a big difference! The darkness will disappear under your eyes.
