In most cases, acne is a hereditary disease of the pores. Normal pores shed a layer of dead skin cells in the pores every day. The pores that are prone to acne fall off as many as five layers of dead skin cells every day, and the body cannot keep up with this level of exfoliation. The pores are blocked by dead skin cells, oil or sebum, forming a congestion under the skin, creating a perfect environment for bacterial growth. If bacteria are present, these blocked pores can cause inflammation, redness, and micro-acne or spasms.

Not all acne lesions are equal. Acne has many faces, but there are two main types. No inflammation and inflammation. Non-inflammatory acne is blackhead or whitehead. When blackheads or whiteheads erupt and stimulate hair follicles, they become inflamed, causing redness, inflammation, rashes and/or pustules.

There are a lot of myths about what causes acne. The truth is that we really don't know what causes acne or excessive production of shed skin cells. However, we can identify acne "triggers" and other factors that may cause acne development, including hormones, stress, drugs, exercise and cosmetics.

Can hormones lead to breakthroughs?

This is not a myth, but it needs a little clarification. In fact, it is not your hormone that causes a breakthrough. This is the "unbalance" of hormones, which can lead to a decrease in estrogen levels and an increase in oil production. Other factors that may contribute to the development of acne include stress, drugs, exercise and cosmetics.

This is definitely not true. Hemorrhoids start from the depth of the pores and are caused by excessive shedding of dead skin cells. This has nothing to do with dirt or oil on the skin surface. You can wash your face many times a day [I don't recommend it] and it won't stop the formation of acne. Acne is a skin disease. When your body can't fall off too many exfoliated skin cells, they get trapped in the pores and cause trouble. That's why it's important to use the right product mix to penetrate the pores, increase exfoliation, and stop acne at the beginning.

Eating too much chocolate, drinking soda or eating French fries can cause acne.

Although these are "acne triggers", they are not the root cause of acne. In fact, it is not the food itself, but the food in the food. For example, it is not a French fries that exacerbate acne, but a "salt" on French fries. A diet high in iodized salt [salt] can make acne worse. Once iodine enters the blood, excess fat is excreted through our oil glands. This irritates the pores causing inflammation and breakthrough. It is well known that foods high in sugar, such as chocolate and soda, cause inflammation in the pores. In general, taking care of your body by eating a healthy, nutritious diet always leads to better skin.

You will naturally grow acne

Maybe you will, maybe you won't. Unfortunately, there is no way to determine who and who will not grow acne. The culprit here is the hormone. Hormones flow and fluctuate throughout life, as do acne outbreaks. The good news is that no matter what age, hemorrhoids can be managed with proper home care products and professional acne treatments.
