Palpitation and upper back pain - possible causes

If you have already experienced palpitations, you know that this can be amazing. Symptoms of palpitations may be described as when you suddenly feel your heartbeat, especially when you are aware of the way the heart beats: too fast, too slow or most common when you feel irregular beats.

Sometimes, people may not only have palpitations, but also upper back pain. This type of pain occurs at the top of the lumbar spine to the shoulders. Of course you know that your chest is firmly fixed by the upper part of the spine, and this upper part also supports the weight of our upper body.

When someone has a palpitations for the first time, and these palpitations are accompanied by upper back pain, it can be a terrible thing. So horrible, even those who have experienced this feeling say they have never used it.

Pay special attention to your heart when you have upper back pain: they should never be ignored and should always be taken seriously. Many similar cases have been associated, and even without a precedent for heart disease, people clearly have an understanding of health and have unexpectedly experienced these cases.

However, this does not mean that each time they experience them is unnecessary and serious, and may only be the result of caffeine abuse, but it may also be an early warning of more serious medical problems.

Please consult your doctor immediately! Don't try to make a diagnosis yourself. Sometimes people are hesitant to see a doctor or go to the hospital, probably because they don't have enough medical insurance, but it can save your life. Ignoring this, you may take a real risk.

There are different possible causes of palpitations and upper back pain, such as arrhythmia [no harm, most of the time] or arrhythmia. But sometimes, this is a more serious problem, such as heart valve problems.

Anxiety or panic attacks may be other causes of palpitations that cause upper back pain.

The definition of a panic attack is, for example, when a person is subjected to repeated periods of violent horror, and is angry at something that is untrue or not. These attacks can make it difficult for them to start breathing, feeling dizzy or fainting. They may even have heart palpitations of upper back pain. The duration of these attacks typically ranges from five minutes to sometimes half to half an hour. These panic symptoms cause nausea, insomnia, muscle tension, dry mouth and so on. They never have to be ignored because they can lead to real phobias.
