Natural Therapy for Anxiety: Top 5 Exercises for Anxiety Relief

I was awakened by the butterfly. However, I am not on the charming land of some charming fairies and surreal colors, but staring at the ceiling and worrying about money again. My old friend Anxiety is back. He returned to my world, as usual, even did not bother knocking on the door...

My breathing is getting shorter. I had to sit up and use my momentum to get out of bed and prepare to face the day. God, is it really just Wednesday?

Regardless of. I walked over to the floor, took on the prone position, and then began to dive into the push-ups. 10-20-30, until I reach 50, stop taking a break. Because I know that I am not the only one with an anxiety disorder, so I want to share one thing that has always helped me, that is to use fitness to alleviate anxiety. Although seemingly simple, it is sometimes the simplest and most basic thing in life and still the best. Therefore, it sometimes reminds you.

So get up, start, and move on. It's a bit like in a war zone. You don't want to be a sitting duck, so you have to move on! Here are the top 5 exercises for my natural anxiety relief:

  • push ups . Do as much as possible in one minute. Don't worry [haha!] about how much you can or don't do. Your goal is to start slowly improving, but do more each time. You will be amazed at the speed of your ascension.
  • Sit-ups . They are not just sexy abs! In particular, tell those who have stomach anxiety. The goal here is the same as push-ups; try to do as much as possible within sixty seconds. This is a good exercise to get rid of the butterfly, yes, if you eat well, it will help you sexy abdominal muscles.
  • Pull-up . For some people, this can be the most difficult, especially if you don't have a chin bar, but you can buy a model on the door, a bolt on the wall, a beam/scorpion in the garage, or even just in the yard. Use branches in or near the park. Do as much as possible. Even if it only has 1 representative, then try 2 next time, and so on. This is another exercise, and if you stick to it, you will improve quickly.
  • Deep air or deep knee bending . Simply bend down until the thigh is parallel to the ground by 90 degrees while keeping the back as straight as possible. You can stretch your arms in front of you to help maintain balance and power. Once again, do as much as possible for a minute or two.
  • Jogging or running . I realized that not everyone can tie their shoes and run for miles, but if you can, go. If not, it's good too, but go out and walk at a brisk pace to speed up your heart rate and strengthen your cardiovascular system. Fresh air is the best, so if you can, go outdoors. Even if it rains. Accept it!

You will notice that these exercises don't require a fancy gym, which is the point. You don't need to spend money to ease your anxiety! It can be done naturally with a little bit of effort, but once you start, you can will Feel much better. For your health and success!
