Back pain - Is vinegar a treatment for back pain?

As many of my readers know that I am a patient with back pain, in the past four years, I have written a journey from bed to health. In the process, I have become a strong believer in natural non-invasive treatment. One treatment that has existed for thousands of years is that apple cider vinegar apple cider vinegar is considered a cure for many diseases. From flu to stomach pain, study, diphtheria, high fever, dysentery, urinary tract infections, etc. But can it cure back pain? Many people believe that it can.

Many people use apple cider vinegar and a glass of water to relieve back pain. Most reports are relieved within 3-5 days. Some people feel pain relief even after 2-3 cups. Most of these stories are anecdote now. Here, my story is worth it.

Aunt Izzy died at the age of 95, not because of cancer or a heart attack, but unfortunately fell at home. Until she died, she drank cider in a glass of water every day. Her thoughts are sharp. She can talk about the current event or certain events in her life 90 years ago. She even seldom takes aspirin, lives alone in her 55-year-old home and drives until she is 92 years old. When someone feels sick, her reaction is to try some vinegar.

Recently dealing with severe back pain, surgery and physical therapy, I have been looking for natural, non-invasive treatments. Will cider work? Online research reveals some websites that claim that vinegar may work. I started adding a tablespoon in a glass of water. The taste is very strong, so I added a spoonful of honey. The next day, intensive physical therapy will last a long time. After three days, the pain still exists, but it is much better.

Why does vinegar seem to treat back pain? Some people think this is because vinegar can act as a detoxifying agent that can absorb toxins that can cause back pain. Many people claim that you must use organic apple cider vinegar because OACV contains many nutrients that are not found in shelled vinegar. The vinegar I use is just Heniz Apple Cider Vinegar in any supermarket. Heinz is also the vinegar used by my aunt. Organic varieties can be found in health food stores and are quite expensive compared to Heinz. I tried organic varieties but found no differences.

Will it be useful to you? I don't know, but vinegar is a cheap, simple home remedy with no side effects. There is no scientific basis for apple cider vinegar as a treatment, but it may be worth a try.
